SECTOR 22

Concept Development for SECTOR 22 SECTOR 22 is an over-the-shoulder shooter set in a futuristic era. You play as a rescue operative responding to an S.O.S. signal coming from an abandoned power plant. Strangely, this power plant hasn't had a human presence in over 60 years. Who, or what, triggered the signal?

Narrative The game starts you off in a blizzard outside the power plant, the only building for miles. As you walk in you notice that the building is in a state of decay. Debris covers the floor, windows are broken and snow is pouring into the reception hall. Take a few steps in and you are "greeted" by ferocious wolves that have made this area their home. As you progress you find that some of the doors are still functional. Find the keys to open them. Deeper into the plant, you notice that the building is in better condition as if time hasn't affected these areas. Robots are also fully functional and protect the plant from intruders- this means you. Clear the area of enemies and progress to the main power chamber where you find a small girl hiding under the desk. 

The purpose of this project is to prove my level design capabilities in the game development process using Unity and C3. Assets and models used will come from the Unity Angry Bots demo and from the Unity Asset Store.
